Which Division should I sign up for?
T-Ball is the beginning of baseball and very fundamental.
Minors A is the next step up with coach/machine pitch. There is still not a lot of expectation and players are still learning to throw straight, catch, hit, and overcome their fear of the ball.
Minors AA, AAA and Majors: Players are now subject to a draft. Players must participate in a player assessment before the season begins and will be selected on a team based on age and skill. Minors AA is 7-10 years old, AAA 8-11, and Majors 10-12. You are not guaranteed to play in the division you signed up for, unless your player is the max age within that division. Players can drop in division if they are not selected. (ie: Minors AA down to Minors A) Overall, experience and age play a big role in the Little League process, so kids can play with their peers.
Location and date/time will be announced via email.

What is the Challenger Program?
The Little League Challenger Division®
was founded in 1989, and is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate. If an individual can participate in the traditional Little League Baseball or Softball program with reasonable accommodations they should do so. The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4 to 18; or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school. The Senior League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 15 and above (no maximum age).

We signed up online ... now what?
1.We take steps to accommodate online submission of all required forms. We understand that this may not work for all players, so we still plan on holding in-person paperwork submission sessions. EVERYONE must turn in required paperwork either online or on selected dates, currently TBD. This includes Medical releases and waivers, Proofs of Residency, School Waivers, Volunteer Applications, Diner Checks, etc. If you don't show up, you will not be put on a team.
2. Please download the GameChanger app and sign in using the same email address you used to register on SMLL.org.
Once your player is assigned to a team, that team will appear in the app. The team manager will use GameChanger to communicate with you and share important information, including game and practice schedules, as well as other team updates.
